MY MISSION IS
TO HELP YOU

Hi, I’m Stacie Pawlicki, and I’m an ICF accredited coach, remote work guru, entrepreneur, and educator based in Chicago. Before becoming a certified coach, I worked for 12 years as a marketing and sales executive for various high-growth companies, most of that time leading teams and myself while working from home.

OUT OF WORK.

I understand how exhausting, lonely, and anxiety-inducing being a career-driven, ambitious leader can be.

Growing up, my dad would say, “Work really hard, climb the ladder of success, retire at 50, and then enjoy your life.”

So I spent my twenties striving for the next promotion, working nonstop, and based my entire identity around the companies I worked for as a source of validation. And it was received, being successful in various degrees and measurements. But internally, I felt lost. Anxiety struck, and I realized months passed, but I hadn’t done much of anything that brought me joy.

I wanted to take action and make a change but was unsure what that change would be. With my career being a massive part of how I defined myself, I started researching options and stumbled upon a career coach.

i can help because i've been there

Working with my coach, I discovered the things I valued in my career, including the flexibility to work from wherever and to create my own schedule. I realized that I wanted a career that would have a more direct impact on helping others. That I had a desire to build something that would make a difference in the world.

I didn’t realize it then but having
a coach changed my life.

So I took the leap and decided to get my coaching certification and start a leadership coaching company.

LET's CONNECT

It was a small dream I tucked away while I continued on the corporate ladder for a few more years. During that time, I kept encountering leaders who felt it was essential for people to work in an office. My philosophy has always been that it doesn’t matter where you work from, as long as you get your sh*t done. As an executive at an Inc. 500 startup, our team tripled its revenue before selling to a publicly-traded company. That startup was voted Best Places to Work 4x because we gave employees the freedom to work from wherever and believed that flexibility is not a nice-to-have but a necessity for business growth.

Today, I teach remote leaders and their organizations “smart cuts” I’ve learned and developed through my years of experience... and many mistakes.

Remote leadership is no longer a preferred skill; it’s now a requirement for most companies. I founded Nessa Leaders to help people feel less anxious and more fulfilled at work, ultimately leaving the world a better place for it. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, training, and online courses, Nessa's customized solutions focus on topics vital to remote work success, including communication, productivity, and work-life balance.

As an ICF accredited coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI-MP), I've been fortunate to have facilitated leadership trainings and workshops for corporations such as Google, Dell, and Global Payments, and collaborated on a bestselling book, endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith, Daniel Pink, and Greg McKeown.

MY MISSION:

To give leaders the confidence and clarity they need to accomplish greatness for themselves and their businesses.

MY VISION:

A world where all leaders love what they do and where they work.

MY beliefs:

• You're the Expert.

I focus on giving you a framework to apply to your career and business. No coaching is one-size-fits-all because each individual and company is unique.

• BUSINESS IS PERSONal.

I coach on topics that I understand firsthand. I've struggled too, which is why I'm so passionate about sharing smart cuts I've learned through my experience.

• KEEP IT SIMPLE.

You're a busy professional, so everything I create is meant to be easy to understand and take action on.

• MAKE IT FUN.

You spend over 1/2 of your waking hours working, so you might as well enjoy them. I aim to be inspirational and educational but try to not take myself too seriously.

The Woman Behind The Name

I always knew I wanted to do something big with my life—something that would leave a legacy. That desire grew tenfold when I lost my older cousin Vanessa in the September 11th World Trade Center attacks. Vanessa was 21-year-old and had just graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University. She beat out 500 other applicants for her job at boutique investment banking company Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Vanessa started just two weeks before the attacks. After the first plane hit, Vanessa called her mom, my aunt, to tell her that she was evacuating and would call again when she was safe—that was the last the family heard from her.

At that moment, everything changed for my family and for me. I was devastated to lose Vanessa and that such an incredible woman and role model was taken too soon. From then on, Vanessa has been my guardian butterfly and inspiration, motivating me to do something I love while making a difference in other people's lives. It was never a question that I would want to name my business for my amazing cousin.

I wouldn’t be anywhere without the people who encouraged and supported me throughout my life and career. This is why giving back is a large part of the mission behind Nessa Leaders.

Nessa will donate a portion of their proceeds back to help others. Check out the organizations we’ve chosen to support below:

GIVING BACK

Remote leadership doesn’t have to be so challenging. You just need the structure and tools to know what to do. That’s where I come in. Consider me your partner in crime, whose job is to make your leadership and life easier, so you feel more energized, and your team can kick a$$.

I BELIEVE THAT WORK IS AN EXTENSION OF LIFE, SO IT'S VITAL TO CREATE A CULTURE THAT LEAVES PEOPLE IN LOVE WITH WHAT THEY DO AND WHERE THEY WORK.

You don't have to do it alone.
